If you would like to participate in the UR 2026 as a sponsor, please fill out the application form and send it to the UR 2026 Secretariat via email by May 18. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full by June 1, 2026.
Exhibition Installation
Exhibition Venue: RITSUMEIKAN IBARAKI FUTURE PLAZA – Event Hall
The exhibition installation and move-out schedule is as follows:
– Exhibitor Set-up: July 15, 2026 (13:00–17:30)
– Exhibitor Move-out: July 17, 2026 (19:00–20:00)
The main conference sessions will take place on July 16–17, 2026. July 18 is reserved for the Technical Tour. No conference sessions or exhibition visitors are expected at the exhibition venue on that day.
Each exhibitor booth will be provided with the following standard furnishings:
– One table (W1,800 × D450 × H720 mm)
– Two chairs
– One power extension cord (Japan, AC 100V)
Each exhibitor must have an authorized representative present throughout the installation of their exhibition. In addition, each exhibitor booth must be staffed by a representative at all times during the official exhibition hours.
Please complete your registration before entering the exhibition hall. Identification badges can be collected at the registration desk. Badge sharing or exchanging badges between exhibitor representatives is not permitted.
All exhibition installation must be completed by 17:30 on July 15, 2026.
