Important Information about Oral Presentations and Poster Sessions
Oral Presentations
All accepted regular papers will be presented in oral technical sessions. Each presentation is allocated a 15-minute time slot, consisting of a 12-minute presentation, 2 minutes for questions and answers, and 1 minute for speaker transition.
Presenters are required to bring their own laptop computer with an HDMI port for connection to the projector in the session room. To ensure a smooth presentation, presenters should arrive at the room at least 10 minutes before the start of their session to check their slides and display settings.
Poster Presentations
All accepted Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Late-Breaking Results (LBR) papers will be presented during interactive poster sessions, with a designated 45-minute core presentation period.
Each paper will be assigned a poster board capable of accommodating an A0-size portrait poster (841 × 1189 mm). During the designated core presentation period, at least one author must be present at the assigned poster board to interact with attendees and present the poster.
Authors are responsible for bringing a printed copy of their poster, setting it up at the assigned location before the session begins, and removing it promptly after the session concludes.
